The Reactor System Design and Analysis Division (RSD&A) establishes new standards of emerging, innovative reactor design through contributing technical expertise to unique and specific advanced nuclear reactor design and deployment initiatives. Through collaborative efforts, RSD&A enables research, design and implementation of lab, partner and vendor initiatives. The work of RSD&A is positioned to establish the nation as a global leader in nuclear reactor technology.
The Digital Reactor Design and Development Department Manager will lead a team of innovators to create the next level of advanced reactor technology. As a leader in the Nuclear Science and Technology Directorate, the department manager is responsible for creating a culture of
technical excellence, collaboration, inclusion, and diversity with focus toward the professional development of staff.
o BS plus 12+ years experience
o MS plus 8+ years experience
o PhD plus 5+ years experience (preferred)
